Michael Wares Caterhire was founded in the early nineties by Michael himself who after a lifetime of hotel, pubs and outside catering saw a niche in the Cater Hire market.

He was joined in the company by daughter Belinda in 2004 and together they have built up the firm to be possibly the largest stockist of stand alone catering equipment in Scotland and the North of England. Michael Wares Caterhire is also the only Kitchen Unit Hire specialists based in Scotland
